If the company won't allow for a swap, see if they'll outplacement advice contact the designated firm on the behalf, indicating that you are currently displeased. If enough individuals are dissatisfied with the service and make your former employer associated with it, that become an impetus to contract with another agency. You won't know if saturate try.
As a last resort, you may opt to take up the tab for outplacement services one self. It'll be money well spent if at the same time you find achievable more quickly.
